Responsibilities
As a Merchandiser at TASCO, you’ll manage buyer communication, production coordination, sourcing, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
- Age At least 28 years
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and wash processes.
- Strong knowledge of garment costing, sampling, and production follow-up.
- Prepare and present regular reports on order status, challenges, and resolutions.
- Calculate costing with fabric, trims, wash, and labor for competitive pricing.
- Coordinate proto to shipment samples with production and QA teams.
- Track production, spot delays, and act fast to ensure on-time delivery.
- Arranging client coordination
Research trends to align products with buyer needs.
Skills/Experience
- At least 4 Years Experience.
- Fluent in English of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Capable to work both as a Team Member as well as independently.
- Should be capable of multitasking and able to handle extensive pressure.
- Coordinate with the production & Quality team to ensure buyer demand.
- Should have sound Knowledge on all types of Yarn, Fabric, Garments, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Washing and other applications.
